- I would like to give a big shout out to the following nurses/Dr. for making my son and I feel comfortable and safe from the moment we walk in, to the moment my son was discharged. They were all beyond sweet and caring with my boy and attended to his needs at all times with extra warm blankets saying sweet and caring words to him.Once again, I can't thank you enough for all of your hard work and dedicationto your patients.
- This place is fantastic! Had my TEIS (Epidural Steroid Injection) yesterday and I could not be more happier to have everyone here. From my check-in - she was very helpful with my needs. Pre-op, Sonia my nurse was the most patient, understanding and made sure to accommodate my fear. Dr. Glaser of course was outstanding, compassionate, understanding and knew the state of mind I was in. The process was methodical and precise because they are so experienced and have seen many scared patients like myself. They made sure I was comfortable and did the right moves to calm me down. Once I was sedated it went so fast, I don't recall ever going in the surgery room. I had to ask them if they did anything or decided to send me home instead. And why was someone making me drink apple juice and why was I in a different bed...I recalled when the med entered as it was warm but that was it. Great place - if you have any concern - don't waste your time stressing over anxiety - they will take very good care of you.
- Wonderful caregivers at a modern, clean, comfortable facility. From check-in to prep to check-out, everyone was very professional and very kind. They put me at ease and made a nervous day into no big deal
- Even though a colonoscopy is not a procedure that an of us like to have done. It is a necessary procedure and Encino Outpatient Surgery Center made it painless. Both Dr. Hepps and the staff were pleasant, helpful, friendly and I would recommend both the Encino Surgery Center and Dr. Hepps to anyone who needs a colonoscopy. I also want to assure you that the center is very clean.
- I never thought going for a routine colonoscopy would be a pleasant experience, but honestly, it could not have been any better. The staff was kind and comforting, the Center was clean and accommodating, and all billing was explained in advance so there were no surprises.All my pre-nervousness and anxiety was for nothing.
- Three weeks ago I had my tonsils removed by Dr. Namazie and I could not be happier with both Dr. Namazie and everyone at the surgery center. From the front desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Glaser the anesthesiologist everything went perfectly. Thank you all for what you do
- Between my back and my neck, I've had 5 epidurals in the last two years. Today was my first with Dr. Glaser. While I was a bit apprehensive due to some prior experiences, without a doubt this was the best experience I've had with respect to both pain management and anesthesia. It's only a few hours since the epidural procedure on my neck and I'm already feeling substantially better. Dr. Glaser and his team (both at his office and at the Encino Outpatient Surgery Center (EOSC) were kind, compassionate, courteous, timely, efficient and super professional! I look forward to reclaiming my life. Thanks again Dr. Glaser!
